Position: PMO Lead Hybrid Role
Lead project management efforts as the PMO Lead in Ottawa, Ontario. Focus on governance, communication, and continuous improvement in this hybrid contract position.

In this pivotal role, you will manage PMO frameworks and ensure adherence to quality. You will establish methodologies while tracking performance and compliance with PMO standards. Your leadership will enhance team capabilities through effective coaching and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive overall PMO engagement and act as main contact

• Implement project governance and PMO frameworks

• Ensure effective performance tracking and reporting

• Manage executive communication and issue escalations

• Oversee quality assurance adherence to standards

Requirements:

• Extensive experience leading PMO or project management

• Solid grasp of governance frameworks and methodologies

• Exceptional stakeholder communication and management

• Proven ability in process optimization and improvement

• Experience in coaching and knowledge sharing
