Become the Corporate Services Lead at Workplace Safety & Prevention Services, primarily remote in Ontario. Oversee administrative support and facilities management to enhance the organization's efficiency.
Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Services and CFO, this lead role combines executive and administrative support with facilities management. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in corporate administration, adherence to safety protocols, and exceptional communication skills to handle sensitive information. Strong time management abilities are also required to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the VP and management team with accurate reports
• Manage confidential issues and implement divisional strategies
• Oversee vendor contracts and coordinate operational initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations for facilities
• Organize travel and events for leadership and teams
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or 5 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management
• Strong political acumen to engage stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Criminal background check required for employment
