As a key player, you will work closely with Directors to oversee clinical trials and ensure high-quality data management deliverables. You’ll serve as a Principal Lead Data Manager, mentoring staff while fostering strong client relationships. The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and strategic resource management to enhance clinical study outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage clinical trial programs across multiple clients

• Lead data management teams and mentor staff

• Interact with clients to plan and implement projects

Requirements:

•

B.Sc. or higher in a relevant field

• 11 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of clinical data operations

• Excellent communication skills across all levels

• Proven track record in new system implementation
