Regional Director of Sales and Marketing
Senior Care Associates, LLC (SCA) owns and manages Morning Pointe senior living communities throughout the southeastern United States. Based in Ooltewah, Tennessee, SCA is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to lead occupancy growth and revenue performance across an assigned region. The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing will report directly to the Regional Vice President of Operations
.
- Provides strong, consistent leadership to both internal and external stakeholders while upholding Morning Pointe’s core values. Demonstrates sound judgment, problem-solving, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Drives regional financial performance by executing strategic initiatives that increase occupancy and revenue. Develops and implements effective, results-oriented sales and marketing plans.
- Assists RVP in implementing all sales initiatives and directives within the region, including resource allocation, lead management, and customer engagement strategies. Aligns priorities with regional goals and performance expectations.
- Identifies underperforming communities and develops targeted action plans; monitors execution and holds teams accountable for results.
- Develops and mentors Executive Directors, Life Enrichment Directors, Lantern Program Directors, and Community Relations Directors to build a high-performance, sales-driven culture.
- Analyzes and interprets sales and marketing data to identify trends, drive decision-making, and improve outcomes.
- Partners with the home office to support the development and execution of quarterly marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Promotes and reinforces a positive, accountable, and performance-focused culture across the region.
- Supports Executive Directors in the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of high-performing Community Relations Directors.
- Provides hands‑on support and on‑site training to address operational challenges, enhance customer service, and strengthen sales execution.
Under the leadership of the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, Senior Care Associates (SCA) anticipates its assisted living communities will lead the industry in:
- Strong occupancy growth and sustained census development.
- Financial performance through revenue growth aligned with budget expectations.
- Effective sales execution and conversion outcomes across all communities.
- Consistent brand presence and a strong market reputation within each local community.
- Development of high‑performing sales teams with strong retention and engagement.
- Develops and maintains strong external referral networks, including relationships with hospital systems, home health agencies, and other key healthcare partners to drive consistent lead generation and census growth.
- Conducts regular field engagement, including weekly ride‑a‑longs with Community Relations Directors (CRDs), to evaluate performance, strengthen relationships, and reinforce sales expectations.
- Leads and oversees completion of competitive market analysis at least every six (6) months
, ensuring findings are utilized in strategic planning and prior to the annual budgeting process. - Represents the organization through participation in advisory boards, senior advisory boards, committees, and community partnerships
, while ensuring Executive Directors are actively introduced and engaged within their local markets.
- Supports ED with recruitment of CRDs, develops, and retains high‑performing Community Relations Directors (CRDs), ensuring strong bench strength and succession planning.
- Conducts and oversees 90‑day performance evaluations and rankings of CRDs
, holding team members accountable for measurable results. - Maintains visibility into and accountability for weekly sales calendars
