• Take the reins on projects for W3 Solved and our clients, from kickoff to high-fives at the finish line.
• Map out timelines, budgets, and deliverables so everyone knows what’s up and when it’s due.
• Round up the team—developers, designers, marketers—and keep us all pulling in the same direction.
• Chat with clients to nail down what they need, then make sure we deliver it like champs.
• Spot roadblocks before they trip us up and figure out quick fixes to keep things moving.
• Check in on progress, tweak plans if life throws a curveball, and keep everyone in the loop.
• Wrap up projects with a bow—think reports, feedback, and a little celebration for a job well done.

• You’ve run projects before and can tell us about times you pulled it off without a hitch.
• You’re a pro at keeping things organized—plans, people, and deadlines don’t scare you.
• You’ve got a knack for talking to folks—clients, teammates, whoever—and making sure everyone’s on the same page.
• You stay cool when things get hectic and can think on your feet to sort it out.
• You’re into tools like Trello, Asana, or whatever keeps the gears turning smoothly.
• You care about the details but can zoom out to see the big picture, too.
