  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program and project management.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional IT or infrastructure programs within Professional Services and/or Managed Services environments.
  • Proven success managing complex enterprise technology portfolios across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing Program Managers and Project Managers.
  • Extensive knowledge of portfolio governance, strategic planning, organizational change management, and enterprise risk management.
