Job Description
Lead the growth of a high-performing, patient-centered dental organization. We are a growing dental practice with a team that is committed to delivering exceptional clinical care while creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient.
We are looking for an Operations Director who enjoys building systems, developing leaders, and helping a talented clinical team perform at the highest level. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in operational excellence while maintaining a culture built around patient care, teamwork, and accountability. WhatYou’ll Lead
- Overseeing the full patient journey, from the first phone call through treatment completion and recall scheduling
- Driving revenue growth, EBITDA performance, and overall practice profitability
- Managing accounts receivable, billing processes, and collections performance
- Building and refining operational workflows, SOPs, and accountability systems
- Hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching team members and department leaders
- Implementing KPIs and scorecards that keep the organization aligned and performing
- Ensuring HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance
- Managing vendor relationships, facility needs, and practice technology
- Collaborating with marketing partners to ensure patient growth aligns with clinical capacity
- Improved schedule utilization and case acceptance
- Healthy accounts receivable and consistent cash flow
- Sustainable and measurable revenue growth
- A stable and high-performing leadership team
- Operational systems that allow the practice to scale efficiently
- You have 5+ years of dental operations leadership experience
- Multi-location dental experience is a strong plus
- You are comfortable managing KPIs, scorecards, and practice performance metrics
- You know how to build systems that create accountability and consistency
- You enjoy coaching and developing team members into leaders
- You care deeply about delivering an exceptional patient experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of dental practice or DSO operations leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational performance
- Strong financial acumen and ability to read and act on practice financials
