Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Large Loss Reconstruction Project Manager, based in Southeast, MI, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include managing reconstruction projects for large-loss events, overseeing project timelines and quality, coordinating with clients, and managing various aspects of logistics. The Project Manager will also provide on-site inspections, ensure projects meet deadlines, and act as the main point of contact for clients during the restoration process, maintaining clear lines of communication throughout.

  • Expertise in Project Management and experience managing large-scale projects
  • Proficiency in Expediting and experience as an Expeditor
  • Knowledge of Inspection processes and standards
  • Strong skills in Logistics Management and coordination
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including on-site flexibility
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on client interaction
  • Previous construction or restoration experience is highly beneficial
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationwide as part of the role
