About The Role
As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or high‑profile client accounts to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. The role is part of the Project Management function, overseeing healthcare construction projects from initiation through completion. The position is based in the Spokane, WA area and can be performed from a home office.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Manage all areas of project management for multiple healthcare construction projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
- Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project: scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budget, schedule and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
- Define project delivery resources from pre‑qualified lists or through the qualification process, conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
- Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated timeline.
- Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues are resolved or escalated.
- Facilitate regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects.
- Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation and completion.
- Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and departmental objectives.
- Showcase expertise in your discipline and in-depth knowledge of other disciplines within the organization function.
- Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise across the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, anticipating objections and persuasive strategies at senior levels.
- Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi‑discipline teams, guided by functional policies.
- Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
- Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 8‑10 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- The innovative mentality to develop methods beyond existing solutions.
- Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions with broad business impact.
- In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Salary range: $130,000 – $170,000 annually, depending on education, training, and experience. Successful candidates are eligible for a discretionary bonus. Benefits include 401(K), dental, health, life, and vision insurance.
