- - Responsibilities:
People Leadership:
Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and terminate; manage staffing and scheduling; develop associates; delegate and empower others; respond to feedback.;
Overall Store
Experience:
Lead pet parent and associate experiences; ensure safety and compliance; manage in-store operations and events with community groups.;
Business Management:
Deliver profitability goals; analyze reporting; drive store P&L, manage expenses, and coordinate with home office partners.;
Staffing and Scheduling:
Staff the entire store; create and post schedules; manage payroll within budget.;
Reporting and Compliance:
Run daily/weekly/monthly reporting; review policies and procedures; ensure adherence to code of ethics.
