People Leadership: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating; staffing and scheduling; associate development;
Overall Store
Experience:
lead pet parent and associate experiences; ensure safety and policy compliance; manage in-store and community events;
Business Management: analyze reporting and drive profitability; manage store P&L, expenses, and labor; coordinate with home office;
Operational execution: ensure inventory levels, scheduling, payroll processing, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting;
Supervisory responsibilities:
oversee up to six lead associates and ten to seventy non-leader associates
