FINN is seeking a high-impact Fractional General Manager to lead our South Africa market entry. You will own the market, solve infrastructure hurdles, and drive the Earned Wage Access product locally.
You’ll act as Lead Architect for SA operations, coordinating with global Engineering, Product, and Legal teams while building local partnerships and ensuring regulatory compliance to scale profitably. You’ll work 10–20 hours weekly, remote from SA, and report to VP, Market Expansion.
