The Erickson Region at Modern Woodmen of America is ready to add a new Insurance Agent (future Financial Representative once licensing is achieved) to our team. We are a dedicated group of driven, ambitious professionals, eager to impact people’s lives as we rapidly expand our offices across the region.

We are deeply engaged in local initiatives, partnering with organizations such as Junior Achievement, Mosaic, Friendship Home, and Habitat for Humanity, and hosting events like our golf tournament in support of Hunter’s Hope for Duchenne disease. • Personal Background:
  Devoted father and husband; found his passion for financial services while in school.
• Outside Interests:
  Love watching the Nebraska Cornhusker in all sports and is a huge fan of the Denver Broncos.
• Professional Journey:
  Was a student going to school for computers as well as bartending before starting with Modern Woodmen.
• Vision at Modern Woodmen:
  Found a supportive home in a region that prioritized people, offering a judgment-free environment, and empowering families to build better lives.

Masen Needles - Managing Partner:

• Managing Partner with Modern Woodmen for 4 years.
• Masen was formerly a manager of 9-Round fitness centers in Lincoln, NE.
• Personally:
  Still into his fitness and makes sure he helps others out with that as well. Married and loves spending time with his family.

Aaron Farver - Managing Partner:

• Managing Partner with Modern Woodmen for 3 years.
• Masen was formerly a student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
• Personally:
  Recently got married in October and lives in Lincoln with his wife Hope! Aaron is into movies as well as hanging out with friends!

• Very involved with our fraternal side as well as a top producer of the company.

  Ashley plays a lot of volleyball and just loves hanging out with Family and Friends.
