OWF, in partnership with WSECU, seeks a Director of Portfolio Governance & Performance to lead governance, performance oversight, and financial modeling across 18–20 portfolio companies from Olympia, WA, in a work-from-home/hybrid setting. You will chair or observe board activities, develop KPI frameworks, run cohort and fund‑level performance narratives for Board and LP reporting, and support investment decisions.
