Position SummaryA Senior Project Manager is a thought leader who guides complex, high‑visibility projects across multiple organizations and functions. The role involves leading launch of new products and services, application development, systems integration, operational efficiencies, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades and deployments.
Key Responsibilities- Direct complex projects involving cross‑functional, matrixed teams and partners.
- Lead projects with executive oversight, ensuring timely, succinct communication tailored to stakeholders.
- Develop and oversee financial forecasts, reconcile resources, and manage project expenditures.
- Lead risk and issue management, develop mitigation measures, and minimize project exposure.
- Define and track milestones; maintain and report integrated delivery plans.
- Implement project governance, including enterprise‑wide initiatives and executive‑level meetings.
- Manage scope to meet business requirements within time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Mentor colleagues, build strategic relationships, and influence cross‑functional collaboration.
- Support contract execution, vendor management, and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management; healthcare experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience establishing and delivering complex projects.
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred;
Agile or Scrum certification highly preferred. - Proven ability to build trust with sponsors and stakeholders and to lead cross‑functional teams.
- Strong written and oral communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Experience navigating a highly matrixed organization and executing under ambiguity.
- Servant leadership mindset; ability to decide with limited information.
- Business and technical acumen, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
- Experience with change management and stakeholder management.
Base Salary:
Up to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a remote position based in the United States. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not available.
