Senior Director, Product Management – Member Features
We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead our Member organization. This leader will be a catalyst for our consumer product suite, overseeing a portfolio of nascent and scaling initiatives that define how members interact with SoFi globally.
Responsibilities- Develop strategy and provide vision for multiple focus areas such as AI, Loyalty, and International, impacting overall department performance.
- Lead senior managers and directors, attract, develop, and coach talent with succession planning.
- Lead complex negotiations and strategic conversations with senior leadership and stakeholders to align on high-impact decisions.
- Make final decisions on implementation and ensure operational effectiveness across all member feature work streams.
- 12+ years of product management experience, significant time in high‑growth technology environments.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical or analytical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Systems/Industrial Engineering). MBA preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of company and competitive landscapes, particularly in Consumer AI, Platforms, and International expansion.
- Proven track record managing large‑scale consumer platforms (millions of users) while fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Ability to reconcile multiple stakeholder views to drive business results in a highly regulated environment.
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as your experience, skills, and location.
