The salary range for this position is $200,000 – $225,000 per year for employees hired in California. The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical hiring range for this executive leadership position. Actual starting compensation will be determined based on factors including education, licensure, years of executive leadership experience, specialized knowledge, demonstrated skills and abilities, market data for the work location, and internal equity among employees in similar roles.

Aspiranet is seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Director of Behavioral Health to lead the organization's enterprise-wide behavioral health strategy and advance integrated behavioral health services across one of California's largest nonprofit human services organizations.
Reporting to the Chief Programs Officer, this position serves as the organization's senior behavioral health leader and collaborates closely with executive leadership, operational teams, and external stakeholders to advance whole-person care, identify strategic opportunities, and strengthen system-wide outcomes.

Position Summary
The Senior Director of Behavioral Health serves as Aspiranet's senior behavioral health leader, providing strategic leadership for behavioral health integration, clinical quality, service innovation, and operational excellence across the organization.
This position leads enterprise-wide behavioral health initiatives while ensuring consistent clinical standards, integrated systems of care, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and sustainable funding strategies. Working collaboratively with Executive Leadership, Finance, Program Operations, and external partners, the Senior Director will position Aspiranet to meet California's evolving behavioral health landscape while strengthening outcomes for children, youth, adults, and families statewide.

Key Responsibilities- Lead Aspiranet's statewide behavioral health vision, strategy, and enterprise-wide integration.
- Develop innovative behavioral health models that improve outcomes across all program divisions.
- Oversee behavioral health operations, clinical quality, compliance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
