Due to continued growth, the company is strengthening its leadership structure by expanding the RTR team.

TEAM LEADER

As RTR Team Leader, you will lead a team responsible for end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient month-end closing activities. The scope includes general ledger, reconciliations, fixed assets, IFRS 16, as well as selected treasury activities such as payments, cash management, FX transactions, and forecasting.

You will manage a team of around 20 accounting professionals and work closely with the RTR Manager to ensure operational excellence and continuous development.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop the RTR team (1:1s, performance reviews, feedback)
  • Manage daily operations, workload allocation, and prioritization
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and team performance
  • Support complex accounting and closing activities
  • Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Coordinate knowledge transfer and process transitions
  • Lead operational and team meetings across markets
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of accounting experience and at least 1 year in a team leader role
  • Very good MS Excel and MS Office knowledge

    Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Experience in SSC or international environment is an advantage
  • Proactive mindset, accountability, and business maturity
