Program Supervisor - DBE & SBE
The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is recruiting for a Program Supervisor – DBE & SBE. This position is responsible for the ongoing development and administration of multiple Civil Rights programs, including the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program, and DBE/SBE Supportive Services. Responsible for monitoring and reporting compliance with applicable standards and requirements. This position occasionally travels around the state to program sites, conferences, and trainings.

Required Application Materials:
- A resume detailing your qualifications and work history.
- A cover letter of no more than two pages addressing your qualifications for the position.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Communication, Education, Social Sciences, or a closely related field.
- 3 years of experience in program management, reporting and analysis, and general accounting practices.
- 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience. Alternative combinations of related experience and education may be considered. Such as 7 years of related experience and 2 years of supervisors or team lead experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in building relationships with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and cultures as well as internal and external agency contacts.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate information to develop policies and/or guides.
- Concepts and theories of program planning, administration specifically federally funded programs.
- Proficient in Excel.
