Upstart is seeking a Senior Manager, Asset Quality & Model Oversight to own end-to-end risk governance for secured lending. You will lead a small team of analysts and partner with Credit Risk, Capital Markets, Model Risk Management, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and bank partners to ensure governance, control, and regulatory readiness.
You will establish methodology, monitoring cadence, and reporting routines to keep the portfolio within risk appetite and exam-ready.
