CORA Group seeks a strategic professional to manage 5–7 business units within its portfolio. This role demands over 10 years of leadership experience, especially in vertical SaaS. You will mentor Presidents and implement best practices that drive both productivity and customer value across units.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define growth plans and operational KPIs across business units
• Support AI adoption to enhance efficiency and customer experience
• Mentor business unit leaders to foster a high-performance culture
• Oversee acquisition integration into the CORA operational model
• Promote data-driven decision-making through financial reporting
Requirements:
• 10+ years of leadership experience in software
• Proven record of scaling businesses through organic growth and M&A
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
• Financial acumen managing to P&L
