Oregon Connections Academy is seeking a Manager of Student Success & Counseling Services to lead a K–12 counseling program from a remote home office in Oregon. You will oversee the Counseling Team, ensure alignment with ODE requirements, and drive equity, graduation planning, and CCMR readiness for all students.
Qualifications include a TSPC license (or equivalent), an advanced degree in Counseling or Administration, and experience in leadership within a secondary setting.
