Take the helm of client success at Advantage HQ as a Senior Account Director. Oversee a high-impact team in a fully remote capacity focusing on DTC growth.

In this key leadership position, you will manage and mentor Account Managers while developing and implementing strategic client communication and growth strategies.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring a world-class client experience and fostering profitable growth throughout the agency. Leveraging your deep knowledge of performance marketing and strong operational skills, you will proactively manage client relationships and drive the success of high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire Client Success department and team

• Train Account Managers to enhance strategic capabilities

• Oversee complex client discussions and escalations

• Enhance internal communication and project alignment

• Identify retention risks and implement proactive solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in account management or client success

• Strong background in e-commerce and performance marketing

• Ability to facilitate high-level client conversations

• Exceptional leadership and team development skills

• Highly organized with project management expertise
