GovCIO is currently hiring a Project Manager for the Patient Generated Health Data (PGHD) team. The position is fully remote within the United States.

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new initiatives in development.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client‑satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops and maintains mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem‑solving with team members and clients.
• Participates in strategic planning and leadership updates.
• Reports to the Sr. Program Manager for PGHD.
• Manages the direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.
• Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.
• Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results.
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks, tracks, and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Conducts project meetings and supports project tracking, analysis and reporting.
• Collaborates and integrates with technical teams as needed for project advancement to support PGHD's mission and vision.
• Drafts, edits, and/or reviews foundational PGHD documents as needed.

• Bachelor's degree with 2‑5 years (or commensurate experience).
• At least 1‑2 years VA experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Experience with electronic health records systems or clinical data capture tools.
• Clinical licensure (LPN, RN, SW, PT, etc.) – preferred.
• Experience building or refining clinical workflows – preferred.
• Awareness of Patient Generated Health Data – preferred.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance.

USD $90,000 – $105,000 per year.
