Project Management Associate; Technical Projects - Remote

Job Summary

The Project Management Associate (Technical Projects) will support project management activities for the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with Nestlé Health Science’s strategic goals. The position requires influencing cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. The role will eventually support innovation and renovation projects across domestic and international stakeholders. This is a remote‑based opportunity within Holistic Health.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Support project meetings by coordinating schedules, preparing agendas, and tracking action items.
• Analyze project data and provide insights to help drive decision‑making.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with project teams.
• Provide transparency and communication on project status and risks to the Project Management Lead.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé Health Science policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform additional duties, tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Project Management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Health Sciences or a related field.
• 1‑2+ years of professional work experience in Project Management (including cost savings projects), preferably within the healthcare or nutrition industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, presentation and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain strong cross‑functional stakeholder relationships.
• Willingness and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strategic thinker, attentive to detail and data‑driven with the ability to influence key business decisions and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to assess complex situations and make clear decisions.
• Agility to work and lead through change management and business transformation.
• Experience with MS Projects, Power BI and/or I2L systems a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% based on team needs.

The approximate pay range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as geographic location.
