Responsibilities
- Manage two facilities in Hager City and Red Wing
- Involved in all phases of operations including leasing storage & parking
- Managing a team
- Assisting with maintenance
- Supervising onsite projects
- Communicating with the home office team
- Maintaining good relationships with tenants by providing outstanding customer service
- Keeping the facility rented at optimum levels
- Prepares units for auction and vacates units as prescribed by law and approved by management
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate with solid office skills
- Take‑charge/can‑do mentality yet able to follow set procedures.
