As a Project Controls FLNG Lead Planner you will oversee a Manager/Specialist position assigned to a role in Project Controls. This position may have supervisory/lead responsibility over a group of project controls personnel and would be responsible for overall performance management. May be responsible for hiring, discipline, and pay administration of their subordinates. Functions as a technical specialist who develops advanced concepts.

- Functions as a technical specialist developing advanced concepts.
- Leads planning and schedule preparation on more complex projects including startup planning.
- Addresses contractual requirements related to schedule control.
- Expert in scheduling forensics; leads project controls team on the most complex and highest risk projects; is an integral part of the management team for project success; collaborates with the project management leadership team to ensure project success; identifies improvements to processes; leads in developing staff capabilities.
Supervises work of others. Responsible for hiring, discipline, and pay administration of their subordinates.
Minimum Qualifications- Four‑year Bachelor’s degree with ten or more years of relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience, OR no degree required with twelve or more years of relevant experience.
- All applicants must be able to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements.
Prefer Master’s degree or local equivalent in Engineering or Construction Management. Experience serving in a leadership role for a medium‑ to large‑sized EPC project in both home office and field preferred. Prefer certificate from either PMI or AACE.
Work EnvironmentHybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based on manager discretion, job performance, and work assignments.
