We're seeking someone to join our ETS Portfolio Governance & Delivery (PGD) team as a Governance & Reporting Lead in ETS Management to drive the oversight, governance, and reporting functions within the PGD organization. This individual will play a key role in ensuring our portfolio aligns with organizational objectives, adheres to risk and compliance standards, and delivers value effectively and transparently.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Technical Program Management position at Vice‑President level, which is part of the job family responsible for overseeing and leading the execution of multiple projects and/or programs, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

What you'll do in the role:Governance Oversight
Develop and implement governance structures and processes to support effective decision‑making, risk management and alignment with organizational goals.
Facilitate monthly delivery review meeting, driving discussions on portfolio performance, resource allocation and strategic alignment.
Partner with stakeholders to define portfolio structure standards and metrics to ensure consistency and accountability.
Oversee and monitor portfolio compliance policies, ensuring alignment with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Establish strategic project onboarding and off‑boarding frameworks and checklists to guide project teams and ensure compliance with policies and processes.
Establish and maintain reporting frameworks that provide transparency on portfolio health, dependencies, outcomes, and compliance.
Partner with the development team to lead and maintain the creation of portfolio / program / project reports and dashboards for senior management and key stakeholders.
Manage the end‑to‑end reporting process, including data gathering, analysis and visualization, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Evaluate the effectiveness of governance and reporting processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and enhance the portfolio's impact.
Lead initiatives to optimize data quality, reporting tools and governance frameworks in alignment with industry best practices.
Proven work experience (8+ years) in portfolio governance, program management or reporting roles within a complex, multi‑project environment.
Strong understanding of governance frameworks, reporting standards and risk management practices.
Experience in managing teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration and lead process improvements.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Demonstrate strategic thinking.
Ability to perform in high pressure, fast paced situations.
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.
Creative thinker who will take complete ownership and accountability.
Excellent in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with Jira and AI tooling is desirable.
Technology and Financial Services background (desired).

Knowledge of French and English is required.
