Job Description Summary
We follow a hybrid-friendly schedule, providing flexibility and collaboration. In‑office days are 3 per week at our Southfield, MI corporate home office. Lead the Branch & Concierge Services team in delivering exceptional client service by overseeing the development and execution of operational processes, systems, and infrastructure. Ensure timely and accurate handling of branch support functions, concierge‑level service requests, and specialized client interactions.
This role manages multiple teams or the entire processing unit, focusing on enhancing service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a client‑first mindset, and a deep understanding of financial services operations to drive continuous improvement and support evolving business needs.
- SIE required (prior to start) provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied.
- Series 7 License required, or ability to obtain within 120 days.
- Series 63 (or 66) License required, or ability to obtain within six (6) months.
- Supervise others working within established operational systems.
- Contribute to development of annual and longer‑term business plans; forecast performance against KPIs; develop business cases for key activities/projects; estimate financial and human resources required to deliver performance targets.
- Communicate local action plans; explain how they relate to function strategy, action plan and broader organization’s mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.
- Develop and propose own performance objectives; take appropriate actions to ensure achievement of agreed objectives; manage and report on team performance; hold people accountable for achievement, taking corrective action where necessary.
- Supervise a team providing administrative and service operations support with deep expertise in the service operations provided by that team.
- Develop short‑ or medium‑term work schedules to achieve planned commitments; approve overtime or use additional resources as needed.
- Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures, and use established change‑management programs to address them.
- Work within established procedures to achieve specified goals.
- Advise managers on applying a wide variety of existing procedures and precedents.
- Help others maximize internal communications systems by offering support and advice.
- Keep track of risk parameters, identify deviations, and report them to senior colleagues within established risk‑management systems.
- Track budgets and report variances to senior colleagues.

- Identify instances of non‑compliance with the organization’s policies, procedures, regulatory codes, or codes of conduct; report these and elevate issues as appropriate.
- Use comprehensive knowledge and skills to work independently while guiding and training others on planning, organizing, prioritizing and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
- Use knowledge to develop appropriate plans or perform necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
- Work without supervision and provide technical guidance when required on developing, monitoring, interpreting and understanding policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
