The Associate Technical Project Manager supports project management activities for various technical applications, ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with Nestlé Health Science's strategic goals. The position influences cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope and supports execution of Renovation Project Management team objectives and strategies. This will be a remote position with limited travel anticipated.
Responsibilities- Act as end-to-end project manager for planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the Technical Application Group (CTAG), ensuring alignment with Profit & Maintenance Portfolio and Nestlé I2L (Idea-to-Launch) process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory, etc.) to meet project milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (plans, status reports, meeting minutes) using Nestlé tools and processes
- Maintain project documentation in PMP and I2L systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Support adherence to I2L and PMP governance, including intake requirements and process compliance
- Analyze project data to generate insights and support decision-making
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with project teams
- Ensure compliance with Nestlé Health Science policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences)
Experience & Skills Requirements- 1+ years of experience in project management, cost savings projects, or related roles, preferably in healthcare or nutrition
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong preference for experience with SAP or other ERP systems, and data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Strong time management, organization, communication, and results focus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills
