Insurance Office of America is seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor for Commercial Lines. This is a fully remote role open to applicants across the United States, with the exception of Alaska, Arizona, California or Hawaii.
Must be willing to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Eastern Time. You will directly manage Account Team staff, oversee workflows, coaching, HR processes, scheduling, staffing, training, and policy compliance, while modeling IOA values.
