Gilbane Building is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to oversee all insurance matters for at least one division. The role may sit in any Gilbane office or be performed remotely, with leadership over RM staff and interaction with BU leadership to align insurance strategy.
The candidate will manage risk reviews, contract assessments, and pricing coordination across CCIP/OCIP/Builder’s Risk programs, while driving enterprise risk decisions and training teams as needed.
