This is a senior leadership role (Senior Manager - Director capacity) with end-to-end accountability for the agency’s business performance, including client growth, campaign execution, team development, and financial results.
You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with brands, clients, and influencers, and ensuring exceptional execution across all campaigns
.
This role requires a strong strategic mindset, deep industry and influencer networks, and the ability to translate market opportunities into sustainable business growth while fostering a high‑performing, collaborative, and creative team culture.
What you will do:- Develop and execute the Singapore market growth and Business Development strategy.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and securing strategic partnerships.
- Build and strengthen long‑term relationships with clients, brands, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing Business Development team.
- Oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
- Foster collaboration across Sales, Account Management, Strategy, and Project Management teams to deliver seamless client solutions.
- Monitor business and campaign performance, leveraging data to optimise results and client outcomes.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the Singapore business.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability while maintaining high standards of client service.
- At least 8 years of sales experience, ideally in an agency or relevant industry.
- Exceptional understanding of influencer marketing, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of building client relationships and revenue growth.
- Proven leadership experience with ability to lead, inspire, and grow teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and financial management skills.
