Tekmetric is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical & Integrations Support to lead our Tier 3 escalation and integrations team. This role coordinates with Support, Engineering, and Product to ensure rapid, high-quality resolutions for Enterprise customers.
You will recruit and develop SMEs across the product, drive quarterly KPIs, and optimize processes, tooling, and knowledge management to improve uptime and CSAT. Remote-friendly with periodic travel to hubs.
