Wes Banco is seeking a Loan Servicing Manager to lead multiple teams handling loan file servicing, insurance servicing, and escrow servicing. This 100% remote role works full time outside of a Wes Banco location with occasional in‑person meetings; primary functions are performed remotely.
You will oversee KPIs, budget, and staffing while driving scalable, automated processes across the servicing functions. Strong leadership and banking operations knowledge are essential for success.
