• $100,000 - $125,000 annual salary, depending on experience

• 5+ years of management experience within a third‑party administrator (TPA) or a similar organizational structure
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
• Occasional local travel required

• Directly support the operations and implementation teams
• Coaching and mentorship of staff
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
• Lead meetings with customers, vendors, and external partners
• Oversee productivity and maintain quality standards
• Help with the training and development of team members
• Work closely with clients and other partners to ensure client satisfaction
• Evaluate operational functions and identify efficient opportunities
• Play an important role in hiring and training
