Yacht Hospitality Manager

Newport Beach, CA | Full-Time, On-Site | $70,000–$90,000/year

We're a fractional luxury yacht management company and dealership dedicated to delivering an exceptional ownership experience for ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Our concierge services team is the heart of that promise, and we're looking for a leader to take it to the next level.

As Hospitality Experience Manager, you'll elevate and modernize our concierge department. You'll implement new procedures, processes, and software, serve as a key point of contact for our concierge department and escalated owner concerns, and lead a team of concierge professionals, setting goals, generating ideas, and driving them toward excellence.

• Review, create, and research owner itineraries, drawing on each owner's preferences, history, and our internal knowledge base to ensure every request is handled completely and at our standard of care.
• Design and implement new procedures and processes to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Lead the rollout and adoption of new software and technology tools while collaborating with multiple departments to streamline and enhance our owner experience, including working with our development team to improve our in‑house app.
• Assist with resolving owner issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a white‑glove experience for our ultra‑high‑net‑worth clientele.
• Ensure new crew members are properly trained and onboarded, and help resolve crew‑related issues.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate concierge team members, setting clear goals and providing direction and feedback.
• Bring fresh ideas that enhance the owner experience and department performance.
• Collaborate with operations and management to align concierge services with company standards.
• May occasionally be asked to travel for position‑related purposes.
• Grow with the team and continue developing within the company as you help drive our hospitality experience forward.

• 3+ years in hospitality, luxury services, yachting, or a related client‑facing management role, ideally serving high‑net‑worth or ultra‑high‑net‑worth clientele.
• Proven experience supervising and developing a team.
• Experience with crew or staff training and onboarding.
• Track record of implementing processes or software rollouts.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, calm under pressure with high‑touch clientele.
• Tech‑comfortable and organized, CRM or service‑management software experience a plus.
• Yachting or marine industry experience is a plus, not a requirement.
