  • Translate requirements across business and technical stakeholders with clear communication.
  • Identify dependencies and risks and proactively mitigate them.
  • Facilitate decision‑making through data‑driven analysis and healthy debate.
  • Communicate vertically and horizontally across Planet to keep stakeholders informed of progress, priorities, risks, and changes to requirements or plans.
  • Identify operational efficiencies and define a GTM ops roadmap.
  • Drive results by continuously improving ways of working and processes, now and for the future.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of program management experience in technology products, from concept through development, launch, deprecation, and end‑of‑life.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams across a broad organization.
  • Tenacity to follow‑through with a focus on program delivery.
  • Analytical, problem‑solving, and creative thinking skills paired with the ability to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Comfortable explaining analyses and recommendations to business leaders as well as discussing technical trade‑offs with engineers.
  • Ability to balance tactical day‑to‑day work with forward‑looking improvements to scale operational efficiencies.
  • Experience exploring AI technologies to automate workflows, improve data, or enhance team productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A desire to improve processes, tools, and ways of working to scale operations cycles.
  • Experience with GTM tech stack: admin and provisioning systems, SFDC, integration middleware.
  • Experience with remote sensing, earth observation data, or geospatial systems.
  • Experience working with remote, worldwide teams.
  • A growth mindset and a desire to learn quickly.
