Salary Range: $60k - $90k

Vital is looking for a Traffic Manager who will work efficiently across departments to fulfill client requests. The Traffic Manager will have full visibility over all incoming work, ensuring timely completion, creating detailed production schedules, setting project deadlines, and balancing workload across teams. When resource limits are identified, the Traffic Manager will collaborate with Account Managers and Project Managers to adjust deadlines or secure additional resources, continually monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.

• Manage daily production schedule for 50+ team members
• Triage priority issues and small updates for short‑duration projects
• Schedule multiple project types that span days to months
• Ensure projects have the necessary team members to run smoothly
• Run status meetings with department heads for existing projects and identify new ones
• Reschedule projects based on changing priorities
• Communicate deadlines and set expectations with accounts and production teams
• Provide status reports to management, communicating wins or issues within production and workflow bottlenecks
• Work with Accounting on invoicing and identifying any additional billable items
• Collaborate with Sales to align timelines for new project kickoffs

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing (or other business‑related field)
