Retail store supervisor

Job Details

Salary: $30.50 hourly / 40 hours per week

Terms of employment:
Permanent, Full time

Shift: Morning, Day, Night, To be determined

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Minimum: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work must be completed on-site. Remote work not permitted.

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train staff or arrange training
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Establish work schedules
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
• Manage cash
• Oversee payroll administration
• Supervise office and volunteer staff
