The Project Manager will oversee cross-functional projects at CWB Group, emphasizing PMO standards and methodologies. You will coordinate resources, lead meetings, and develop detailed project plans to maintain quality outcomes. This role includes managing project risks and communicating updates to stakeholders, making an impact on the workforce and organizational alignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with PMO Manager on resource allocation

• Lead project kickoff and define team roles

• Develop and manage project plans, scopes, and budgets

• Serve as primary contact for project updates

• Facilitate status meetings and manage risks

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Project Management

• Post-secondary education required

• Project management certification preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Background in welding, construction, or engineering desired
