Overview

Wil jij als ervaren projectleider een stevige stempel drukken op uitdagende modificatie- en renovatieprojecten? Binnen onze afdeling Modificaties Rotterdam krijg je de ruimte om jouw kennis en leiderschap volledig in te zetten. Je werkt aan projecten op COA locaties én diverse utilitaire gebouwen, waar techniek, veiligheid en maatschappelijke impact samenkomen.

• Realise multiple large‑scale projects in South Holland, especially COA projects.
• Ensure correct preparation and execution according to quality, time, and cost agreements.
• Influence project approach, team development, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager.
• Support multi‑year planning, framework contracts, and service expansion.
• Identify and leverage opportunities to make projects smarter and/or more sustainable.
• Prepare projects in planning, work methods, and staffing to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Lead and guide a team of preparers and installers, and manage all involved disciplines.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with all (Arbo) guidelines.
• Deliver projects within schedule and budget.
• Create financial and technical reports.
• Maintain daily contact with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Identify commercial opportunities and expansion possibilities with existing relationships (including COA sites).
• Translate client requests into executable technical solutions.
• Prepare small calculations and offers up to €50K independently.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from the Business Bureau, Modifications The Hague, Services, and Projects.

• Minimum HBO diploma in a technical field.
• Experience as project manager in complex utility projects.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical installation disciplines.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar software.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive mindset that overcomes every challenge.

• Salary between €4,787 and €7,100 gross per month, based on 40 hours.
• 8% holiday allowance.
