Our network comprises expert consultants in value communications, evidence reviews & data synthesis, economic modelling, pricing, & stakeholder engagement. You Succeed. We Succeed.
We believe that autonomy and pride in a job well done are key drivers of success. That's why we've built a culture where personal satisfaction and professional growth are top priorities. Our commitment is to provide the structure and support our staff need to truly shine.
We're not a traditional organization—and we don't want to be. STRATENYM is a relatively flat company, intentionally designed to foster collaboration over hierarchy. Our team‑based, functional structure supports both client‑facing projects and internal operations, creating a dynamic and responsive environment.
While other companies are pushing employees back into offices and swapping individual desks for open work spaces, we’ve taken a different path. We've embraced remote work from day one—carefully curating virtual teams made up of passionate experts who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for science and medicine to everything they do.
We're focused on creating an environment where our employees can thrive—not just work. When people feel good about what they're doing and are surrounded by others who feel the same, work becomes more meaningful. Knowledge grows. Careers blossom. People excel.
