- - Responsibilities:
Provide people leadership including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating; manage staffing and scheduling; develop and mentor associates.;
Lead the overall store experience by ensuring exceptional pet parent and associate experiences and compliant operations.;
Drive business management by analyzing reports, meeting P&L targets, controlling expenses, and coordinating with home office partners.;
Ensure store policies and procedures are followed; address associate concerns and facilitate timely reviews.;
Oversee store standards, safety, inventory controls, and execution of events and community partnerships.
