We are seeking a Project Manager who serves as a strategic delivery leader across our most complex initiatives. Senior Project Managers don't simply manage projects—they influence decisions, shape delivery strategies, and elevate organizational execution. They partner closely with Product, Engineering, and executive leadership to drive alignment across multiple teams while continuously improving how work gets done. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads through influence, and balances strategic thinking with disciplined execution.

  • Lead planning and execution across large, ambiguous, highly cross‑functional efforts spanning multiple teams or domains.
  • Establish and maintain clear plans, timelines, and delivery milestones.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models – acts as a central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, Design, and Program.
  • Experience in Jira, Confluence and working within Agile teams.
  • Some experience in SaaS products.
What You'll DoLead Strategic Initiatives
  • Lead planning and delivery for large, complex, enterprise‑wide initiatives.
  • Define execution strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Align multiple work streams toward common business outcomes.
  • Balance competing priorities while maintaining momentum.
Shape Delivery Strategy
  • Partner with Product Directors, Engineering leaders, and Program Managers to develop execution approaches.
  • Challenge assumptions and improve project plans through thoughtful analysis.
  • Ensure initiatives remain aligned to strategic objectives throughout execution.
  • Drive effective prioritization and sequencing decisions.
Drive Executive Alignment
  • Facilitate alignment across leaders with competing priorities.
  • Present project status, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Influence decision‑making through data, analysis, and clear communication.
  • Build consensus across organizational boundaries.
Lead Through Complexity
  • Navigate ambiguity with confidence.
  • Identify systemic risks across multiple initiatives.
  • Coordinate complex dependency management across teams.
  • Anticipate organizational impacts before they become delivery issues.
Elevate Organizational Delivery
  • Coach Project Managers and cross‑functional teams on delivery best practices.
  • Improve project governance, planning frameworks, and delivery standards.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve execution maturity.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Product PMO operating model.

  • Deep expertise in project or program management.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, highly cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect execution decisions to strategic objectives.
  • Experience leading initiatives within Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery environments.
  • Comfortable partnering with engineering organizations and understanding technical concepts well enough to facilitate planning and decision‑making. Software development experience is not required.
  • 5-10+ years of project or program management experience.
Nice to Have
  • Experience leading enterprise software or SaaS initiatives.
  • Experience developing project management standards or operating models.
  • PMP or equivalent certification.
