The Little Gym Flower Mound is seeking a Gym Director to oversee gym performance and report to The Little Gym International. This full-time leadership role partners with the home office to pilot initiatives, fine-tune operations, and host staff training.
You will hire and develop staff, manage day-to-day operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and grow memberships while maintaining a safe, fun environment for kids from 4 months to 12 years.
