Director of Growth (Professional Division - Staffing Industry) - Remote

Travel Requirements: Expectations to travel in role to support teams in the LA, Dallas, Chicago, and Atlanta region.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading, motivating and coaching diverse teams along with fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsible for leading a team of Sales Professionals in our professional division.

Responsible for driving the performance of Sales Professionals within assigned region through providing sales support, metrics analysis, and ongoing training.

Supports, advises, coaches and mentors sales team members on all aspects of their roles including internal/external resources to stay current on industry trends, best practices, and analysis of competitive information.

Manages the Sales Professionals to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed regional and corporate-set goals working with leadership on alignment of goals.

Identifies individual and team training needs to ensure sales success and professional development of team members.

Define and proactively drive KPIs with a keen focus on new business opportunities.

Create visibility to generate and manage leads to increase sales funnel size and quality.

Preferred Education & Experience:

5 or more years’ experience as a B2B managerial sales professional. Staffing Industry experience strongly preferred.

Demonstrable track record of success in a B2B sales role, ideally with career progression.
