The State of Delaware seeks a Family Services Program Manager to lead a team responsible for the Substance Use Prevention, Recovery and Treatment Services block grant and related prevention services. You will develop contracts and budgets, monitor compliance, and prepare quarterly and annual reports for the Division and Department.
You will supervise staff, support workforce capacity building, and engage with partners and contractors to improve services, guided by best practices in the field.
