Project Manager – Global Delivery Office
As a Project Manager within the Global Delivery Office, you will lead strategic projects that strengthen business readiness and support the Global Healthcare Business. You will partner with business, IT, and operational teams to deliver projects that improve processes, support transformation, and create measurable value. This role is ideal for a collaborative project leader who enjoys working across cultures, solving complex problems, and helping teams move from strategy to successful execution.
Responsibilities- Lead multiple small to medium‑size projects, ensuring business deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned to quality expectations.
- Build and guide cross‑functional project teams by defining roles, expectations, timelines, and required business resources.
- Develop and maintain integrated work plans, track progress, manage risks, and escalated barriers with recommended solutions.
- Partner closely with operational teams and IT partners to support product launches, process improvements, compliance initiatives, strategic partnerships, and technology rollouts.
- Drive business readiness activities, including transition planning, production readiness, contingency planning, and Go/No‑Go recommendations.
- Manage business‑owned budgets, track variances, support cost‑benefit analysis, and provide clear financial reporting.
- Deliver timely, audience‑specific project updates to sponsors, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize resources, and strengthen operational excellence across global project work.
- Support change management, business‑involved testing, and UAT activities to help teams adopt new processes successfully.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber‑optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10

- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience leading complex business or operational projects.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects on time, within budget, and with strong stakeholder satisfaction.
- Experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, issues, resources, and financial tracking.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence leaders, partners, and project teams across levels.
- Experience using project management tools and Microsoft applications; familiarity with Microsoft Project, Agile methods, or Jira.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field.
- PMP certification.
- Experience managing global projects or working with Middle East partners.
- Healthcare or insurance industry experience.
- Knowledge of change management, business readiness, and UAT execution.
- Experience leading matrixed teams and managing multiple project resources concurrently.
Annual salary range: $112,100 – $186,800 USD per year, depending on relevant factors such as experience and geographic location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.
