HOAMCO Prescott is seeking a Portfolio Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned communities in a hybrid, full-time role. You will liaise with Boards, manage budgets, enforce CCRs, and coordinate meetings and reporting.
Your work involves maintaining relationships with associations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing leadership to align community values with Boards’ expectations. A degree and HOA experience are preferred.
